My passion for helping families and their newborns as well as my background as a postpartum nurse in Europe, and my own experience with my three children, led me to become a Postpartum Doula.

My goal is to ease your first weeks after giving birth and to make them a wonderful journey! I'll share with you my expertise in the care of the newborn, give assistance to the mother in her recovery after birth, as well as offer logistic support to the family.

The first weeks after birth can be challenging. We know that good postpartum support has many benefits for the mother and the family:
- A more successful breastfeeding
- More self-confidence to take care of the newborn
- Less incidence in postpartum depression
- A smoother transition to parenthood

Let me introduce you to the world of breastfeeding!
As an IBCLC certified lactation consultant, I support families who have opted for breastfeeding or are thinking about it, responding to their doubts and concerns. I give tricks and tips to overcome everyday obstacles and the most common problems. Together we will create plans to improve your milk production. I also do preparatory sessions where I explain the pros and cons of breastfeeding and artificial feeding.
